Overview:
●Flyho FLYHO KSI-402B is one of the fluorine-free anti-dripping additives
It solves the problem of the presence of prohibited substances PFAS in the PC flame-retardant system.
1. In the PC flame-retardant system, it is recommended to add it at a mass ratio of 10-20%. At the same time,
it should be used together with sulfonate and organosiloxane flame-retardant agents (SFR-Si907 is recommended).
It can play a synergistic flame-retardant and anti-dripping effect, achieving the 1.6mm UL94 V-0 effect.
Meanwhile, it can also pass the S2/60s needle flame test for flame retardancy.
2. The product contains no fluorine, phosphorus, bromine elements, or inorganic salt substances.
3. Does not affect the physical properties . Instead, it effectively improves the physical property stability of the material,
and the chemical resistance of the material.
4. PC flame-retardant material, HDT is approximately 120°C.
Application instructions
● Depending on different screw combinations, processing temperatures, and various requirements, there will be differences between the actual addition amount and the recommended dosage.
● KSI-402B is added at 10-12%, it can achieve 1.5mm UL94 V-0 (near the gate end), and at the same time, it can pass the S2/60s needle flame test.
● KSI-402B is added at 19-20%, it can achieve 1.5mm UL94 V-0 (far from the gate), and at the same time, it can pass the S2/60s needle flame test.
