For producing 0.8mm flame-retardant PC with UL94 V0 certification, the Yima Flame-Retardant Series product MPC-SF386 (upgraded version of SF381) is recommended. MPC-SF386 is a halogen-free flame-retardant masterbatch designed by EVERSUN for PC films and sheets, formulated with polycarbonate, organosiloxane resin, AK silicone resin, etc. A 25% addition level achieves UL94 V0 flame retardancy. Verified by extensive experiments at EVERSUN Technology Center, MPC-SF386 compounded with a small amount of Feihou Anti-Dripping Agent K-PT205 can also meet UL94 V0 standards. 

In the "Yima Flame-Retardant Solution", only 8% MPC-SF386 and 0.4% K-PT205 are required for 0.8mm flame-retardant PC. Compared to the 25% flame-retardant masterbatch addition method, this solution directly reduces costs by 25%-38%, meeting manufacturers' demand for extreme cost reduction!
