Description

It is a liquid reactive phosphazene flame retardant based on P–N backbone structure. By introducing phenoxy and allyloxy groups, the product achieves excellent thermal stability and reactivity, and can be widely applied in epoxy resins, UV curable systems and electronic encapsulation materials
